Email often goes to spam, promotions tabs, or trash. Try searching your inbox for any of the following keywords: “Transformation Awaken Studios” “transformation@awakenstudios.com”

Add transformation@awakenstudios.com to your trusted list of senders, contacts, or address book. Also known as “Safe Sender.”
Open your spam folder.
Open an email from Transformation Awaken Studios or transformation@awakenstudios.com
Mark it as “not spam”.

IF YOU ARE A GMAIL user… you use these instructions for email that goes to your PROMOTIONS TAB.

Find an Awaken Transformation email.
Drag the email to your PRIMARY TAB.
It will ask you if you want all emails to go to that folder. Of course, you do!
You can also CONFIGURE YOUR INBOX.

Check or uncheck the tabs you want to see in your inbox.

Unchecking the promotions tab often helps get our emails to you.

If your emails are auto-forwarded to a service like icloud.com, Mac.com, or me.com, you will need to make sure you have added Jenna Hansen or transformation@awakenstudios.com to the original email and the forwarded email provider.

Member Support answers all received emails within 24 hours M-F 8am-5pm MST. Weekend and Holiday responses may be slightly delayed.

If you email support and have not received a response in 24 hours, check to see if you received the auto-response or use the blue question mark at the bottom of the website

Nested/grouped email responses do not always show up on mobile. If you have your emails nested/grouped, then do check your "sent" folder on your desktop.

Updating your Credit Card is simple.

After logging in, click on the Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
Click Billing Info.
Click Update next to the currently listed credit card.
Complete the prompt to enter the updated card information.
Then, click Update Card to apply and keep the changes.
Deleting a Credit Card must be handled by our support team. So email transformation@awakenstudios.com with the last 4 digits of any cards you would like removed and we will help you.

Cancelation Directions:

Login to the site at least 48 hours prior to your billing date.
Click My Account from the menu.
Click Account Settings and then click "Want to Cancel Your Membership?"
Listen to Jenna’s goodbye message and click to confirm your cancelation and complete the exit survey, or you can try our 30-day easy plan if you want to continue in the membership.

REMEMBER! When you cancel you are immediately removed from the Private Marco Polo Sharecast and lose access to the replays, and course library. You will also no longer have access to retreat priority registration and discounts. On your normal billing date, you lose access to the Awaken Transformation Private Member Website.

If you decide to come back in the future (which you are always welcome), you will rejoin at the monthly rate of $67 per month (or current membership rate).

All members are grandfathered into their current subscription rate as long as their accounts are not canceled. After our 7-day grace period, you rejoin at the current member rate.

Adding Awaken Transformation to your home screen makes it easy to launch the website. Once you have several icons on your Home Screen using the method below, you can also combine several icons into one folder called your Awaken Transformation Folder. For most phones, you just drag one icon over another and release.

iPhone, iPad, & iPod Touch

Launch the Safari browser and open https://awakenstudios.com/about-awaken-transformation
Tap the Share button on the browser’s toolbar — that’s the square with an arrow pointing upward circled in pink.
1. It’s on the bar at the top of the screen on an iPad, and on the bar at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone or iPod Touch.
Tap “Add to Home Screen” in the Share menu (the square with the plus symbol above takes you to the Share Menu).
You’ll be prompted to name the shortcut before tapping the Add button. The icon will now appear on your home screen.
When you tap the icon, it will load the website in a normal tab inside the Safari browser app.

Android

Launch Chrome for Android and open https://awakenstudios.com/about-awaken-transformation.
Tap the menu button and tap Add to home screen. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
