The Awaken Aerial Instructor Training is an extensive program for anyone who is interested in learning more about aerial movement and the aerial hammock, deepening their individual practice, or becoming an Aerial Instructor. In this transformative experience we embark on an in-depth study of the movement, anatomy, and philosophy of Awaken Aerial.
Awaken Aerial is based on 6 foundational principles that make aerial movements effective and safe. In this course you will learn how to teach using the aerial hammock, modify for each individual client and apply the principles to each exercise. You will walk away feeling empowered to create impactful lesson plans, connect meaningfully with clients and feel confident in your ability to teach.
