MEET JENNA: Your Guide to Strength, Longevity & Transformation
Jenna’s passion for movement, teaching, and adventure has taken her around the world. As a Lead Instructor Trainer with Stott Pilates, she has trained instructors in Saudi Arabia, Korea, China, and Barbados. She’s lived in New Zealand teaching dance, drama, and Pilates and in Alaska as a rafting and hiking guide.
A lifelong athlete, Jenna has competed in Ironman triathlons, Spartan races, and endurance challenges, proving that our bodies are designed to stay strong at any age.
She holds certifications as a Life Coach, 500hr Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Pilates Lead Trainer, alongside a Master’s Degree in Education. She and her husband, Joe, own Awaken Studios, Awaken Retreats, and Awaken Transformation.
But Jenna’s greatest inspiration? Her four children, who remind her daily to live with presence, curiosity, and awe for what the human body is capable of.
