Join us for a 5 night, 6 day trip of a lifetime on the quiet private beaches of Punta Monterrey on the southern coast of Nayarit! You’ll have opportunities to participate in group WYLD dance practices, mat pilates, meditation & yoga, learn concepts to enhance your personal growth and mindfulness, and connect with others. We also provide opportunities to participate in a group excursion, service project and cultural activity. All lodging, meals, classes, workshops, service project, and swag are included - just fly into Puerto Vallarta (PVR) - we’ll pick you up and take care of the rest!

NAYARIT, MEXICO
Punta Monterrey is located on the southern coast of Nayarit, near the town of Las Lomas. It is an hour and a half drive from the Puerto Vallarta airport, and ground transportation will be provided for Nov. 7 & 12th. Once you cross the town of Las Lomas, the dirt road begins until you reach the beach. This secluded location will be the perfect place to disconnect with daily life and re-connect with yourself and others in this incredible landscape where the mountains meet the sea.

The magic of nature is what captivates us all in Punta Monterrey. This community has a charm thanks to the great variety of trees, plants, fungi, terrestrial animals and marine animals that share their habitat with all of us. This biodiverse little corner is considered an Ecological Reserve. Beautiful magpies, woodpeckers, armadillos, coatis, butterflies, frogs, are just some of the fauna species that inhabit the surroundings. There’s a chance we’ll see the olive ridley turtle or even humpback whales during our stay. Expect to see insects, including mosquitos; however each room is equipped with netting over each bed.
RETREAT SCHEDULE
the schedule on the 7th will begin with a welcome dinner at 6pm so you’ll want to book a flight that lands in pvr by 3pm.
Each morning, we’ll begin with meditation and yoga directly on the beach, hearing the waves crash and focusing on the chakras. the days each include opportunities for movement with mat pilates, wyld & yoga. We’ll also offer mindfulness workshops that build upon personal growth, a group excursion (whale watching or surfing), a service project (helping at a local school), and a cultural activity (temazcal or cacao ceremony). You’ll also be able to enjoy free time to sun on the beach and play in the waves directly on the resort property. the schedule will vary but you can plan on a beautiful mix of play, movement, mindfulness, relaxation and connection.
Checkout on the 12th is 12pm but later flights can be accommodated.

Jenna is the lead reformer pilates Instructor, stott pilates Trainer, Certified Life Coach, and Co-Owner of Awaken Studios, Retreats, and Transformation. She has a passion for life, the outdoors, education and people.
LINDSI STEVENS
Lindsi is the Creator of Wyld, a wellness practice that uses dance and meditation to connect with self and build meaningful community. Her focus is to share light to enhance personal growth and development. Let’s dance!
KEVIN CARRINGTON
Kevin is the general manager of awaken studios and is certified in yoga, reformer pilates, cycling, Group fitness, trx & aerial yoga. he is also a reiki energy facilitator and bring magic to every interaction & class he teaches.
PUNTA MONTERREY ECO RESORT
Punta Monterrey Ecological Reserve is a nature sanctuary with more than 300 acres of jungle, nestled on a private and pristine sandy beach, with crystal clear water in the calming bay. Punta Monterrey is THE place to enjoy incredible sunsets, lose yourself in the jungle (to really find yourself) or simply get carried by the flavors that the sea brings to our shore. Family owned since 1944, the property could initially only be reached by boat and is still a secluded paradise. You can truly feel the pride in this resort from the family that still run this property as they take great care of the environment and maintain the natural beauty that surrounds it.

This retreat includes roundtrip ground transportation from PVR airport in Puerto Vallarta on Nov 7 & 12, accommodations for 5 nights/6 days, all group meals, fitness classes, workshops, service project, and swag from our amazing sponsors! Costs not included are flights to and from PVR, recommended travel insurance, optional excursions, cultural activity and beverages.

Payment plans will be $100 higher than the listed pay in full rate and require a $250 non refundable deposit with the balance paid monthly over 6 months.
priority registration for members of awaken studios, awaken transformation or awaken at home will begin Friday, November 15th - you will receive an email with a private link to register. if you are not a member, you can still join before the 15th to gain priority. if any spots remain, they will be made available to the public on Tuesday, November 19th.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Amenities: Each room is comfortably furnished with plenty of space to relax, purified drinking water, views of the jungle or sea, large decks and outdoor areas. There is no phone signal and WIFI is best used for WhatsApp and emails near the front lobby only. mini fridge & air conditioning in all rooms except the Las Palmas cabins.
Jungle Suites (1-6)
The “Jungle Suites” are located near the beach and the dining room, they are the favorites of people who prefer a short walk and listen to the sea. A perfect mix between comfort and aesthetics, a place to enjoy and relax while you are lulled by the sound of the sea with an excellent view. 2 queen beds or 1 king. MORE INFO
Las Palmas Cabins (7-8)
“Las palmas Cabins” are located in front of the beach in the lower part of the property, next to the stream and with easy access to the parking lot. Bird View Cabins (9-15)
The “Bird View Cabins” are located in the upper part of the property. You will be captivated by the sound of the leaves dancing with the wind and the view of the sea between the jungle windows.
