DRY NEEDLING
Dry Needling is an evidence-based technique used in Physical Therapy (PT) for orthopedic pain, inflammation, and scar remodeling. It is an excellent treatment for breakthrough pain or difficult-to-heal injuries. It uses single-use, sterile needles to penetrate the skin and promote recovery and healing from a wide range of orthopedic injuries. A form of acupuncture, dry needling in PT uniquely focuses on making physiological changes to underlying muscle trigger points, nerves, fascia, bone, and connective tissues. Typical results can be expected in 1-6 sessions.

The biofield is an electromagnetic field that permeates and surrounds every living being. In humans, this field extends 15 feet or more from the body. In fact, all of the body’s cells produce positive and negative electrical charges, which then create magnetic fields.
In essence, the Reiki practitioner may be able to gather and direct biofield energy to the recipient through thoughts and intentions.
