Do people normally come on their own?
Yes they do. Most of our guests are looking for a break away from their every-day responsibilities where they can do exactly what they want without having to consider anyone else. A great getaway should become a catalyst for self-discovery, and this self-knowledge can be the best souvenir ever; however, several also want to share their adventures and bring family, friends or significants others. Whatever you decide, it will be exactly what you need.
How many people come on your retreats?
Most retreats are limited to 40 guests but it will vary based on location and accommodations. This allows each guest to receive the personal attention, guidance and adjustments where needed to safely practice during each class.
Do I need to have previous Pilates, Yoga or other exercise experience?
Everyone is welcome and will find growth and success in each class! We are more than capable of clearly explaining the basics while offering advanced options for those that want to go a little deeper. All of our instructors are experienced and can skillfully adapt the classes to meet individual needs, including providing modifications if needed.
What do I need to bring for the classes?
We will provide all of the equipment needed for each class. You are welcome to bring your own mat, if you prefer. We would suggest that you pack clothing that allows you to move freely. A suggested packing list will also be provided.
