Join us for a 6 night/7 day DREAM TRIP to Bali, Indonesia! This is a unique retreat, as we’ve added an extra day to have a mid-week full day excursion in Ubud to see more of this beautiful country. You’ll have opportunities to participate in group mat Pilates, CORE fitness classes, Meditation & Yoga, learn concepts to enhance your personal growth and mindfulness, in addition to connecting with others from around the world. All lodging, meals, classes, workshops, service project, and swag are included - just fly into BALI, we’ll pick you up and take care of the rest!

CANGGU, BALI
Canggu is a resort village on the South coast of the Indonesian island of Bali. It's surrounded by terraced rice paddies and known for beaches like Canggu and Echo, with strong surf.
The town of Ubud, in the uplands of Bali, is known as a center for traditional crafts and dance. The surrounding Ubud District’s rainforest and terraced rice paddies, dotted with Hindu temples and shrines, are among Bali’s most famous landscapes.

SHE LOVES SEEING HOW HER CLIENTS’ LIVES IMPROVE AS THEY WORK TOWARDS MINDSET SHIFTS, PERSONAL & FITNESS GOALS & IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE.
LIZ RADCLIFFE
LIZ IS OUR LEAD YOGA INSTRUCTOR AND creator of awaken’s YTT PROGRAM. sHE HAS OVER 2000 HOURS OF TRAINING AND STUDY AND IS e-ryt 500 CERTIFIED WITH YOGA ALLIANCE. SHE CREATES A SPACE AND EXPERIENCE THAT EMPOWERS OTHERS TO CONNECT TO THEIR OWN INNER WISDOM AND LEARN HOW TO LISTEN TO THEIR BODY TO FIND MORE HEALING, PEACE AND WELL-BEING.

OASIS BALI RETREAT CENTER
One of the best Eco-Friendly Retreat Centers in Bali. Rice field views, lush landscapes, and surrounding Balinese Temples, Oasis is perfectly located just 3 minutes to the beach in central Canggu tucked away from all the chaos. You will truly feel like you are in your own Oasis.
The custom bamboo yoga shala is set on the 2nd floor with lush rice field views - all yoga mats and props are provided. Oasis also boasts a state of the art air-conditioned cinema for workshops and a fully stocked fitness center steps away from the rooms. Relax in the heated sauna or take a dip in the cold plunge. The stunning pool has it all for you! Lounge chairs, day beds, and even a sunken fire pit lounge. Want a game break? There’s a Brunswick billiard table, shuffle board and ping pong table. Outside theyhave a turf Badminton court and corn hole. This retreat includes roundtrip ground transportation from the Denpasar International Airport (DPS) for the retreat dates (arrival transport is included for June 1 & 2 and returning on June 8 - any other dates for extending your retreat, you will be responsible for your own transportation), accommodations for 6 nights/7 days, all group meals, fitness classes, workshops, service project, Balinese cultural presentation, and swag from our amazing sponsors!
Costs not included are flights into DPS, recommended travel insurance, optional excursions, massages, and alcoholic beverages.
