How do payment Plans Work?

Payment plans are available for most STOTT PILATES® courses and workshops and must be selected at checkout. Payment plans are also available for our Yoga Teacher Training Programs (200 Hour & 200 Hour), and our Aerial Instructor Training Programs.

Payment Plans Require a Deposit to reserve your spot.

All payment plans must be paid in full prior to course completion.


What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that schedules change.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 4 weeks before the course start date: A $100 administrative fee applies. OR the entire paid fee may be applied to a current course or workshop within the same calendar year.

Within 4 weeks of the course start date: 50% of the tuition is non-refundable. OR the entire paid fee may be applied to a current course or workshop within the same calendar year.

Within 2 weeks of the course start date: 75% of the tuition is non-refundable. OR the entire paid fee may be applied to a current course or workshop within the same calendar year.

No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours: Tuition is non-refundable, but may still be applied toward a current course or workshop within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

All credits must be used within the same calendar year and are non-transferable.


What happens if a course does not meet minimum enrollment?

To maintain a high-quality learning experience, all STOTT PILATES® courses and workshops require a minimum of 5 participants.

If minimum enrollment is not met:

• The course will be rescheduled to a later date, OR Your tuition may be applied to another current course or workshop. You will be notified as early as possible.


Are course materials included?

Course materials are not included unless otherwise stated.

Workshops: Digital notes will be emailed to participants

Courses: Participants will receive a link to purchase required materials directly from Merrithew.

Y.T.T. & Aerial Instructor Training: Participants will receive their course manuals through the studio covered within the program training price.


Are courses live or virtual?

Course format is clearly listed on each course page.

• Virtual courses are live, instructor-led, and interactive.

• In-person courses are held at Awaken Studios with small group learning.

Virtual courses meet the same STOTT PILATES® education standards as in-person training.


Will I receive Continuing
Education Credits (CECs)?

Yes. Eligible courses and workshops award STOTT PILATES® Continuing Education Credits (CECs) according to Merrithew guidelines.

CEC amounts are listed on each course page.


Can I practice or apprentice at Awaken Studios?

Yes. Awaken Studios offers a supportive environment for practice and apprenticeship opportunities for students and newly certified instructors.

Do I need to complete prerequisites before registering?

Prerequisites vary by course and are listed on individual course pages.

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure prerequisites are met prior to attending.
